Structure
Each faction has a public chain of command, a charter that defines its in-character mission, and an internal council that votes on major decisions. New members start at the lowest rank and move up through demonstrated activity and in-character merit — never "pay-to-rank".
How to join
- Make sure your whitelist application is approved.
- Open the User Control Panel → Applications → Faction, and pick The Lost MC.
- Submit a short pitch: who is your character, what role do you want, why this faction. Take it seriously — the leadership reads every application.
- Attend a short in-character interview at a time you both pick. Most factions reply within 5 days.
Etiquette
Most factions expect a minimum number of weekly active hours and participation in the faction's communication channels. Specifics vary — leadership will tell you on intake.
