Server Rules

Using a vehicle as a weapon outside of an active, escalating roleplay scenario is forbidden. Driving into a crowd, ramming pedestrians, or using a car to instantly kill an opponent is treated as Vehicle Death Match and results in an immediate ban.

You may not initiate lethal force without prior in-character escalation. Drive-bys without setup, pre-meditated 'cleanups', or random gunfire in public spaces is RDM. Punishment is permanent.

When at gunpoint, you must comply unless you can plausibly turn the situation around. 'Hero plays' that ignore the threat to your character break immersion and may result in a warn, then a ban on repeat offence.

Information learned out-of-character (Discord, streams, third-party apps) may not be used in-game. Knowing a player's identity through their stream or asking 'who is this?' on Discord during a heist is metagaming.

Forcing actions on others ('/me knocks you out without consent'), abusing emotes to skip RP, or pretending to be unkillable. RP is collaborative — let consequences happen.

After your character dies, you forget the events that led to your death and may not return to the same location for 15 minutes. Returning early breaks immersion and is treated as repeat offence.

Robbing or kidnapping a player who has been on the server less than 24h, or who is clearly in a tutorial scene (e.g. asking for /help), is forbidden. Build the world by helping new players, not preying on them.

Triggering a police response with the sole purpose of starting a shootout, mass-spawning officers, or wasting their time without RP intent is treated as harassment.

A robbery scene may involve at most 3 active hostages. More than that breaks the realism we're trying to preserve and tends to escalate into rules issues.

Out-of-character (OOC) abuse — slurs, harassment, dox, threats, sexual content involving minors, doxxing — is grounds for immediate, permanent ban. There are no warnings for this.

Discriminatory language directed at race, gender, sexuality, religion, or disability is not roleplay. Even when 'in character', it will be treated as a violation of community standards.

If you discover an exploit, duplication, or money glitch, report it via a ticket. Using it — even once — is treated as cheating. Reporters of significant exploits are rewarded with cosmetic perks.

Mentioning other RP servers in chat, voice, Discord, or stream snippets is not allowed. You may discuss other servers privately; just keep it off our channels.

FiveM EAC + our server-side anti-cheat will detect most modifications. Confirmed cheaters are banned permanently and listed on the public ban board.

If you log out / disconnect to escape a scene ('combat logging'), expect an automatic suspension and an investigation. Pre-warn staff if you have an unstable connection during PVP.

Voice is the primary medium of RP here. Without a working mic you cannot meaningfully participate in shots and will be returned to onboarding.
