1. The service
Zone X RP provides a roleplay community built on top of FiveM (Cfx.re), the third-party multiplayer modification for GTA V. We provide the game server, the public website, the User Control Panel, the REST API, and the Discord community. You provide a legal copy of GTA V plus the FiveM client.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 16 years old.
- You must own a legal copy of GTA V.
- You must not be subject to a permanent ban on Zone X RP or Cfx.re.
3. Acceptable use
You agree to follow the server rules. Cheating, harassment, exploits, attempts to circumvent bans (alt accounts), and any unlawful activity are prohibited. We may remove access at any time for violations.
4. Account & access
You are responsible for the security of your Discord account, which we use as the identity source. We may suspend access for security reasons (suspected account takeover, mass automated requests, etc.) without prior notice.
5. In-game assets
In-game money, vehicles, items, and characters are not your property — they are records in our database that we make available to you while you have access to the server. We do not provide a refund or compensation for in-game losses, including losses from rule violations, bugs, server resets, or wipes. Cosmetic supporter perks may be refunded at our discretion within 14 days of purchase.
6. Supporter perks
Optional supporter contributions grant cosmetic perks (vanity plates, queue priority, cosmetic vehicles) and never gameplay advantages. We will never sell power. Pricing and contents may change; existing supporter benefits remain in effect for the period they were granted.
7. User content
You retain ownership of content you create on Zone X RP (character backstories, chat, screenshots, clips). You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use such content for the purposes of operating and promoting the community (e.g., highlight reels, tweets). We will credit creators where possible and remove content on request unless required by an investigation.
8. Termination
You can stop using Zone X RP at any time. We can suspend or terminate your access for rule violations, abuse, or technical security reasons. Permanent bans may be appealed via the User Control Panel.
9. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is", without warranties. We do our best to keep the server online and available, but we do not guarantee uptime, performance, or absence of bugs.
10. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us as a supporter in the last 12 months (which is most often €0). We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
11. Trademarks
GTA V, Grand Theft Auto, and Rockstar Games are trademarks of their respective owners. Zone X RP is a fan community and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. Disputes will be brought before the courts of Hungary unless local consumer-protection rules require otherwise.
