Zone X RP responds to valid copyright takedown notices in accordance with the applicable laws (DMCA in the United States; the EU Copyright Directive in Europe). If you believe content posted on or distributed through our platform infringes your copyright, please send a notice to dmca@zonexworld.com containing:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- The exact URL(s) where the allegedly infringing content is located.
- Your contact information (address, phone, email).
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
Counter-notices
If you believe content was wrongfully removed, you can submit a counter-notice with your contact info, identification of the removed material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a result of mistake or misidentification.
Repeat infringers
We terminate accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances.
